I’m the founder and principal of Commprop Solutions Ltd. I’m a Chartered Surveyor and have worked in commercial real estate my whole career. I’ve been the Property Director of several companies for over 30 years and have extensive experience in managing and developing complex multi site portfolios.
CommProp Solutions was formed to help businesses develop real estate strategy or deal with property projects, allowing their owners to focus on running their business day to day.
Over the years, I’ve dealt with all aspects of commercial property, including:

I use this client side experience to provide clients with a skilled Outsourced Property Director who brings high quality insight and implementation skills. Working with incumbent teams and external advisers or bringing in new agencies I deliver projects without the long term commitment of employing an in house real estate executive.
